Third-Party Services
We use internal systems to deliver our educational programs and communications, including enrollment, learning, and family messaging.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
All other personal information is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Flourish Schools serves students under the age of 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
All student data is collected solely for educational purposes. Parents may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us directly.
