Adam Nadeau
Chief Academic Officer
Adam Nadeau is co-founder and Chief Administrative Officer at Flourish Schools, where his entire career has been focused on bringing innovation into K-12 classrooms.
Adam started as a founding teacher at KIPP Academy Nashville, then joined Rocketship as a Humanities teacher before going on to open multiple Rocketship campuses and regions as principal, including Rocketship Nashville. He later became VP of Achievement & Personalized Learning for the entire Rocketship network, building school models spanning early childhood through high school.
Adam holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.Ed. and M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. He's eager to keep exploring how schools can use emerging tools to prepare children for life in the 21st century, and his superpower is problem solving.
